Mandatory conduct, security, abuse-prevention, content, messaging, infrastructure, and compliance rules for covered Aeltrix Technologies LLC Services.

Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Applies to covered Aeltrix Services and authorized users
Security, abuse, messaging, content, and infrastructure controls
Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Aeltrix Technologies Terms of Service where incorporated. It applies only to Services for which Aeltrix Technologies LLC is the contracting provider. Standalone products operating under separate domains and agreements are governed by their own acceptable-use rules.

1. Core Requirement

You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, good-faith purposes and in a manner that does not harm Aeltrix, other customers, networks, recipients, third parties, or the public. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, credentials, API keys, applications, users, agents, automations, and integrations.

2. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Harmful Activity

You may not use the Services to plan, facilitate, promote, conceal, or conduct unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive schemes, identity theft, credential theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, trafficking, exploitation, extortion, ransomware, theft, unlawful surveillance, or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

3. Security Abuse

Without explicit written authorization, you may not:

  • gain or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, devices, data, networks, or credentials;
  • scan, probe, fuzz, exploit, or penetration-test systems you do not own or control;
  • distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, destructive payloads, botnets, or malicious code;
  • circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, quotas, isolation controls, logging, monitoring, or technical safeguards;
  • intercept traffic or communications without lawful authority;
  • operate command-and-control infrastructure for malicious activity; or
  • use the Services to conceal the origin of abusive or unlawful activity.

4. Network and Infrastructure Abuse

You may not intentionally cause or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, volumetric attacks, amplification attacks, packet flooding, reflection attacks, routing abuse, DNS abuse, unauthorized proxying, cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by the applicable service plan, resource exhaustion, or other activity that materially degrades shared infrastructure or third-party networks.

5. Spam, Messaging, and Unsolicited Communications

Users sending email, SMS, messaging, notifications, or other communications through a covered Aeltrix Service must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, telemarketing, consumer-protection, and electronic-communications laws and with recipient preferences.

  • Do not use false or misleading sender identities, routing data, display names, domains, or subject lines.
  • Do not send deceptive, fraudulent, phishing, impersonation, or credential-harvesting messages.
  • Commercial email must include legally required sender identification, physical-address information, and opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
  • Unsubscribe, suppression, do-not-contact, and consent records must be honored.
  • Purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained lists may not be used where their use violates law, platform rules, or recipient expectations.
  • Users may not intentionally evade spam filters, complaint systems, provider limits, blocklists, or abuse controls.

Aeltrix may impose rate limits, warm-up requirements, suppression controls, complaint thresholds, recipient-verification rules, or other delivery protections.

6. Intellectual Property and Rights of Others

You may not use the Services to infringe, misappropriate, or unlawfully distribute copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, rights of publicity, privacy rights, database rights, or other proprietary rights. You must have all rights necessary to upload, process, transmit, publish, or distribute Customer Content.

7. Illegal or Abusive Content

You may not knowingly use the Services to host, distribute, promote, or facilitate content that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery where unlawful, material subject to a valid court order, unlawful threats, unlawful exploitation, or content whose possession or distribution is itself illegal. Aeltrix may preserve and report information where legally required.

8. Harassment, Threats, and Impersonation

You may not use the Services for credible threats of violence, targeted harassment that violates applicable law, malicious impersonation intended to defraud or deceive, doxxing where unlawful, or distribution of personal information obtained through unlawful means.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

You may not collect, upload, infer, process, sell, disclose, monitor, or use personal information through the Services without a lawful basis and required notices, consents, agreements, or permissions. Highly sensitive data must not be processed unless the applicable Service is expressly designed and contractually approved for that data category.

10. Regulated and High-Risk Activities

Unless expressly authorized in a signed agreement and permitted by law, the Services may not be used as the sole control system for safety-critical industrial systems, emergency dispatch, weapons systems, autonomous lethal systems, medical diagnosis or treatment, credit underwriting, employment decisions, biometric identification, legal determinations, or other decisions where failure could create a material risk of death, serious injury, deprivation of rights, or unlawful discrimination.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Automation

If a covered Service includes AI or automated features, you must comply with the AI and Automated Systems Terms. You may not use such features to generate or automate unlawful discrimination, fraud, malicious code, deceptive impersonation, or prohibited surveillance, or to remove legally required human review in high-risk contexts.

12. API and Automation Abuse

You may not use scripts, agents, bots, crawlers, or APIs to exceed published limits, create excessive load, evade quotas, enumerate protected resources, extract restricted data, create fake accounts, manipulate analytics, abuse promotions, or interfere with service integrity. Aeltrix may throttle or block abusive automation.

13. Domain, DNS, and Identity Abuse

Where a covered Service provides domain, DNS, certificate, identity, or related functionality, you may not use it for phishing, malware distribution, typosquatting intended to defraud, domain shadowing, DNS tunneling for malicious purposes, deceptive impersonation, fraudulent certificate use, or other abuse. Registry, registrar, CA/B Forum, certificate-authority, and upstream-provider rules may apply.

14. Export Controls, Sanctions, and Restricted Parties

You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. export controls, sanctions, denied-party restrictions, embargoes, or applicable trade-control laws. You may not knowingly provide access to prohibited parties, prohibited destinations, or prohibited end uses. See the Export Controls and Sanctions Notice.

15. Resale and Multi-Tenant Use

Resale, white-label use, managed-service use, customer subaccounts, and multi-tenant deployment are permitted only where the applicable plan or order authorizes them. Resellers and managed-service providers remain responsible for their downstream customers' compliance and must maintain enforceable terms at least as protective as this AUP where required by Aeltrix.

16. Resource Fairness

Users may not intentionally monopolize shared resources, create excessive storage or compute load unrelated to normal use, maintain dormant resources solely to exploit pricing mechanics, or engage in activity that materially impairs other customers. Aeltrix may impose reasonable technical limits and require migration to a suitable service tier.

17. Abuse Investigation and Enforcement

Aeltrix may investigate suspected violations using account information, logs, security telemetry, abuse reports, complaint rates, automated detection, and other lawful evidence. Depending on severity, Aeltrix may warn, rate-limit, quarantine, block specific content or traffic, disable credentials, suspend a resource, suspend an account, terminate Services, preserve evidence, or make legally required reports.

18. Emergency Action

Aeltrix may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to stop active exploitation, malware propagation, data exfiltration, imminent harm, material network abuse, unlawful content requiring prompt action, sanctions exposure, or a threat to service integrity. Where appropriate and lawful, Aeltrix will provide notice after emergency action.

19. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@aeltrix.io. Security vulnerabilities should be reported through the responsible-disclosure channel or to security@aeltrix.io. Intellectual-property notices should use the process described in the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.

20. No Waiver of Legal Rights

This AUP does not require Aeltrix to monitor all Customer Content and does not create a duty to detect every violation. Aeltrix's failure to act on one incident does not waive the right to act on later or continuing violations. Nothing in this AUP limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
