3. Standards
Aeltrix uses recognized accessibility guidance, including WCAG, as an engineering reference where appropriate. This statement is not a certification that every page, third-party integration, document, or legacy component conforms to a particular WCAG level at all times.
4. Third-Party Content
Some third-party widgets, payment interfaces, embedded content, documents, or external services may be controlled by third parties. Aeltrix will use commercially reasonable efforts to select and integrate accessible services but cannot guarantee the accessibility of independently operated systems.
5. Feedback and Accommodation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@aeltrix.io and identify the page, feature, assistive technology used if relevant, and the difficulty experienced. Aeltrix will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide an alternative method of access while remediation is assessed.
6. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product and engineering responsibility. Aeltrix may update this statement as interfaces, standards, laws, and testing practices evolve.
