Copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, notice, counter-notice, and repeat-infringement procedures for covered Aeltrix Services.
1. Rights
Users must have all rights required to upload, process, reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute content through covered Services.
2. Copyright Notices
Send notices to legal@aeltrix.io. Include the copyrighted work, exact location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notices
A person whose material is removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed material, its prior location, contact information, required jurisdictional consent, a good-faith statement that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and a signature. Aeltrix may restore material where law permits.
4. Repeat Infringement
Aeltrix may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or disable access to material where legally required.
5. DMCA Agent Status
Status: designated-agent registration details are to be published after completion of the U.S. Copyright Office registration process. This page does not represent that registration has already occurred.
6. Other IP Complaints
Trademark, trade-secret, impersonation, and other intellectual-property complaints may also be sent to legal@aeltrix.io with evidence sufficient to identify the right, challenged material, and requested action.
7. False Notices
Submitting materially false or misleading infringement notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Aeltrix may request additional information before acting.
